privacy policy

effective date: 25 june 2026

this privacy policy explains how codedorian collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use the website, account area, public forms, programmable code features, scheduled messages, and mobile app integrations.

codedorian is maintained as a practical tool for small personal programs, forms, submissions, messages, notifications, and auditable code runs. it is not designed for highly sensitive information such as payment card numbers, government identifiers, medical records, or secrets that you are not allowed to process.

information we collect

we collect information you provide directly, including account details, names, handles, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, time zones, passwords or password hints where the app stores them, form submissions, feedback, messages, uploaded content, program code, schedules, data records, and configuration you choose to save.

we collect technical information needed to run the service, including session and guest identifiers, tokens, device tokens for push notifications, ip addresses, user agent data, request metadata, locale, time zone, logs, errors, job execution records, program output, delivery status, and security or abuse signals.

if you use a public form, the form owner and the service may receive the information you submit. if you write or run programs, the program may process data, call external services, create messages, send email, post to integrations, or trigger mobile notifications depending on how it is configured.

how we use information

we use information to provide accounts, guest sessions, pages, forms, submissions, programs, schedules, messages, jobs, email delivery, push notifications, mobile bridge behavior, security checks, support, debugging, auditing, abuse prevention, and service improvement.

we may use logs, errors, and diagnostics to understand failures and protect the service. we do not use your private program content, submissions, or messages to sell advertising.

legal bases

where applicable, we process personal information to perform the service you request, to comply with legal obligations, with your consent, and for legitimate interests such as security, debugging, fraud prevention, maintaining records, and improving reliability.

sharing

we share information only as needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect rights and safety, complete actions you request, or work with service providers. providers may include hosting, database, queue, cache, email, push notification, captcha, security, analytics, maps, ip intelligence, error monitoring, ai or code execution providers, and integrations you configure.

when a program, form, message, or integration sends information outside codedorian, that destination may process the information under its own terms and privacy policy. you are responsible for checking external services before sending data to them.

we do not sell personal information. if a law treats a specific disclosure as a sale or sharing, you may contact us to opt out where that right applies.

retention

we keep information while it is needed to provide the service, preserve logs and audit history, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain backups. you may request deletion, but some records may remain where retention is required or reasonably necessary.

security

we use practical administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including access controls, secure transport, logging, monitoring, and backups. no internet service is perfectly secure, and you should avoid storing secrets or regulated data unless you have confirmed that the service is appropriate for that use.

cookies and local storage

the service uses cookies, sessions, tokens, and browser storage where needed for login, guest sessions, security, preferences, local time, mobile bridge behavior, and normal app operation.

your choices and rights

you may request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, or objection where those rights apply. you may also ask us to stop optional communications or revoke consent where processing depends on consent. residents of places with specific privacy laws, including the european economic area, united kingdom, switzerland, and california, may have additional rights.

to make a request, use the feedback form at /feedbacks/new. we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

children

the service is not intended for children under 13. do not use the service if you are not old enough to consent to this policy in your location.

international processing

information may be processed in countries different from where you live. where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

changes

we may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. the effective date shows when this version took effect.
