the service

codedorian, operated by dorian marié, provides services for recurring information, reminders, and discoveries. these terms apply to your use of the website, mobile app, and subscriptions. the service and plan you choose describe what is included, the schedule, and the delivery channels.

your account and setup

keep your login details secure and your subscription settings accurate. provide only information, accounts, credentials, and destinations you are authorized to use. if you add another person’s birthday or send updates to a team or recipient, make sure you are allowed to use and share that information.

some services need access tokens for github, google calendar, or slack. follow the setup instructions, grant only the access needed, and replace expired or revoked credentials. enable notifications in the mobile app for push delivery.

subscriptions and payment

paid subscriptions are billed monthly through stripe and renew automatically until canceled. each subscription is billed separately. review the amount, currency, and applicable tax information at checkout before confirming payment. some prices depend on your setup, such as the follower count for x unfollow alerts.

you can request cancellation from the subscription’s billing page in your account. cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; the billing page shows the end date. disabling notifications or deactivating service execution does not itself cancel recurring billing. for a billing problem, refund request, or difficulty canceling, email [email protected].

your consumer rights

nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal rights, legal guarantees, or entitlement to a refund. contact [email protected] to exercise those rights.

scheduled checks and delivery

checks and deliveries follow the selected plan. an alert may be sent only when a change or reminder is detected. source updates, expired credentials, provider outages, email filtering, and device settings can delay or prevent delivery. calendar changes may appear only after the next refresh.

these services do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete source information, or delivery at an exact time. do not rely on a reminder or monitoring alert as your sole safeguard for an emergency or a critical deadline.

responsible use

do not use codedorian to break the law, access accounts or systems without permission, send spam, harass people, or overload a destination. respect the terms and permissions of connected providers and the rights of others in content you receive. access may be limited or suspended to address abuse, security incidents, or legal obligations.
